After attending UW-La Crosse, she spent 6 years working for the Kohler Company as the Merchandise Buyer for Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits Pro Shops. After transitioning into sales, she spent a total of 5 years as a Sales Representative for Cutter & Buck and Slazenger Golf Products before starting a family. In her spare time she enjoys attending her children's sporting events, photography, and traveling.
