Katie Atkins is an accomplished HR Recruitment and Training Coordinator at KEXP, with extensive experience in community engagement and project management. As the Owner of KTA Consulting LLC, Katie led various projects, including customer education initiatives for Seattle Public Utilities and outreach for King County's Recycling and Waste Prevention efforts. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Full Circle Environmental Inc., where Katie managed significant environmental projects, and Senior Associate at Cascadia Consulting Group, focusing on training and education programs for waste management. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science in Arts Management from the University of Oregon, complemented by additional coursework at multiple institutions.
