Lucy Thornton is an experienced service designer and strategic lead, with a background in digital customer experience, research, and co-design projects. Lucy has worked with various organizations such as Key Assets, The Smith Family, and Nous Group, focusing on innovation and transformation in service delivery. Lucy holds a Master of Arts in Communications from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Media Studies from Deakin University.
