Cecelia K. Houser

Dr. Houser partners with Key Associates and specializes in executive coaching. As founder of C-Change: Executive Coaching Exemplified, she brings over 45 years of experience in leadership development and executive coaching to benefit her clients. She partnered with Dr. Mary Key for 4 years in delivering the California Health Leadership College, a regent-nominated year long cohort-based program for senior healthcare leaders, sponsored by the California Hospital Association and the California Health Leadership Foundation.

She is dedicated to helping clients build their leadership capacity through executive coaching and professional development training, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies and executive coaching techniques. Her coachees have represented the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial, advisory and consumer industries as well as non-profits and government.

Formerly with Korn Ferry (13 years), the Center for Creative Leadership (23 years) and Lore International Institute (5 years), she continues her commitment to executive coaching as Founder of C-Change. Her coaching practice extends to mid and senior-level leaders of Fortune 100 companies, small and mid-sized businesses, and higher education, including the executive branch for two governors.

Dr. Houser earned an Ed.D. from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in educational psychology from Montclair State University and a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey.
