Manager, Population Health at Key Benefit Administrators

Julie Day, MS, MCHES has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julie began their career as the Director of Coalition Development at Smokefree Indiana in 1998. After that, they worked as the Health and Wellness Coordinator at Advantage Health Solutions from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they joined the Indiana State Teachers Association as a Senior Health Educator from 2006 to 2009. Julie then worked as the Care-ADVANTAGE Administrator at Advantage Health Solutions from 2009 to 2010. Currently, they are employed at Key Benefit, where they started in 2010 as a Wellness Coach with the Proactive Health Management Program (PHMP). Later on, they assumed the role of a Team Lead in the same program. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in health education and management.

Julie Day has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Ball State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field from Ball State University between 1993 and 1997. Julie also holds several additional certifications, namely: Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc, Intrinsic Coach from Totally Coached, Inc., and CHES from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc, which they achieved in 2013, 2009, and April 1997, respectively.
