Lisa Norton has had extensive experience in various leadership roles. Lisa started their career at Key Benefit Administrators in 1996 as Vice President Client Service, where they worked until 2014. In 2011, they joined SAS Comfort Shoes of the Carolinas as Vice President. Lisa later became the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Monarch in 2014, before returning to Key Benefit Administrators in 2016 as Vice President of Value Proposition Training & Product Partnership Relations. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their expertise in client services, strategic partnerships, and training.
Lisa Norton attended Le Moyne College from 1987 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
