Diane Dupras

Diane Dupras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital communications and customer service management. Currently serving as the Digital Communications Manager at Key Auto Group since March 2023, Diane previously held the position of Senior Sales Operations Analyst and Customer Service Coordinator at Tyler Technologies from 2012 to 2022, where support and training were provided to multiple sales teams across North America. At Spring Air Mattress Corporation, Diane managed national Call Center Operations, collaborating directly with executive leadership on critical marketing initiatives. Diane began a career in sales as a Sales Associate at Jordan's Furniture from 2000 to 2008, achieving significant sales success. Diane graduated from Andover Central High School and is planning to enroll in an Online Data Analytics Essentials Certification Program at The University of Texas at Austin.
