KEY COFFEE INC is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the coffee-related business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Coffee-related segment is engaged in the sale of coffee products for consumers, restaurants and beverage manufacturers. The Restaurant-related segment is engaged in the operation of restaurants and the sale of western confectioneries in domestic and overseas markets. The Others segment is engaged in the manufacture, processing and sale of beverages, the office service business, mail order business, transportation and logistics business and insurance agent business, as well as the collecting, purchasing and selecting of coffee beans, and the operation of coffee farms, among others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 11 consolidated subsidiaries and three associated companies.
