Tom Meredith

Tom Meredith is a Partner at Brightstar Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in New York, where they focus on partnering with exceptional families and entrepreneurs. With over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and global financial markets, Tom previously served as CFO and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Dell. They held executive roles at Motorola, Sun Microsystems, and Amdahl Capital, and are actively involved on the boards of several organizations including Cycorp, Inc. and Likewize Corp. Tom received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from St. Francis University, a J.D. from Duquesne University, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
