Lakeysha Cobbs-Hayes

LaKeysha Cobbs-Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2022. LaKeysha began their career as a Paraeducator at the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where they assisted students with assignments and behavior management. LaKeysha then worked as a Behavior Support at Anaheim Union High School, collaborating with staff to develop and monitor behavioral objectives and plans.

In 2013, LaKeysha joined Easter Seals Southern California as a Behavior Interventionist, implementing behavior and communication intervention strategies. LaKeysha later became a Program Supervisor at the Institute for Behavioral Health, performing supervision visits and developing and implementing ABA programs.

From 2015 to 2016, LaKeysha worked as a Program Manager at Easterseals Southern California, overseeing the discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays and disabilities.

In 2016, they founded Strategic Behavior Consultants, a consulting firm specializing in empowering businesses and individuals through behavior management strategies. Finally, in 2022, LaKeysha became a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where they engage with other CEOs and business leaders to share insights and solutions for common business challenges.

LaKeysha Cobbs-Hayes holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from the University of California, Los Angeles, which they earned between 2009 and 2012. LaKeysha also received an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from East Los Angeles College between 2007 and 2009. In 2012, they pursued a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Furthermore, in 2016, LaKeysha Cobbs-Hayes obtained a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
