Prior experience includes a role as a Production Database Administrator at Sainsbury's Argos from February 2018 to January 2020, and an extensive tenure at Home Retail Group PLC from January 2005 to January 2018, where Paul held multiple positions, including FS Analysis & Commercial Redress Manager, Telephony Dialler Manager, and Telephony Manager.
