Karen Miranda, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Key Risk (a Berkley Company) since January 2019, having previously held roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager within the same organization. Before joining Key Risk, Karen worked at Carolina Casualty (also a Berkley Company) from September 2006 to December 2018, where responsibilities included HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Assistant. Karen began their career at Alluvion Staffing as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator from July 2004 to September 2006. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
