Mark Novak

Mark Novak has extensive experience in quality improvement and engineering processes within the automotive safety industry, currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement at Key Safety Systems since March 2003. In this role, Mark oversees the global Quality Alert system and collaborations with the General Counsel for product litigation matters. Previously, Mark held several director-level positions at Key Safety, focusing on customer quality functions across the Americas and engineering process implementation. Prior to Key Safety, Mark worked at BREED Technologies as an Engineering Deployment Champion, where responsibilities included developing strategies and mentoring personnel in Six Sigma methodologies.
