Shaun Streett is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive safety systems industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Key Safety Systems and Senior Engineering Manager at Joyson Safety Systems since July 2015, Shaun has held various engineering roles since 1999, including Senior Product Engineer at Takata and Resident/Liaison Engineer in Japan. Shaun's expertise encompasses seat belt, airbag, and steering wheel development, design component creation using Unigraphics, and technical file analysis for customer quotes. Adept at collaborating with suppliers to optimize costs and evaluate test plans to meet client specifications, Shaun also focuses on value analysis/value engineering activities and provides mentorship to junior engineers. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
