Michael Sheehan is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Meridiem since January 2019, Michael Sheehan has focused on providing development tools for coaches and consultants. Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at ProspectStream Software, Inc. from April 2023 to October 2024, and founded Sheehan Consulting, where services were offered from May 2018 to June 2023. Prior to this, Michael served as Senior Management Advisor and President COO at Diehl Tool Steel, a subsidiary of Hitachi Metals America, from November 2015 to March 2019, and spent nearly three decades at Diehl Steel in various capacities, including Owner and President. Michael is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati and Western Hills High School.

Meridiem is now Key Talent Associates! We’re a group of entrepreneurs and businesspeople from diverse backgrounds brought together by common goal and passion for making individuals and organizations better. We started as an Assessment tool company but are quickly evolving into a human capital solutions company. As savvy entrepreneurs do, we’ve recognized the need to pivot the business model to meet the true needs of the market vs. what we thought it was. We’ve pivoted from a product based to a solutions-based organization and in the process, we’ve built a great team of individuals who have all been in the shoes of our clients as they struggle to overcome obstacles; a team who cares more about providing high value solutions than about making money for themselves.
