Nanette Polito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, sales consulting, and training. Currently serving as Partner and Director of Sales Consulting & Training at Prospect Stream since May 2022, Nanette has also been operating as a Success Coach and Consultant since January 2008, focusing on helping individuals and businesses clarify visions and achieve their goals. Additional roles include Success Coach at RCSN Leadership Services and Nsight Certified Assessment Coach at meridiem.io, where Nanette utilizes evidence-based assessments for professional development. Previous positions include Director Consultant for BNI, Sales Coach for the Referral Institute Oslo, and Senior Mortgage Consultant for various firms. Nanette holds an Associate degree in Business from Quinebaug Community College and a high school diploma in Business Administration and Management from The Woodstock Academy.

We’re a group of entrepreneurs and businesspeople from diverse backgrounds brought together by common goal and passion for making individuals and organizations better. We started as an Assessment tool company but are quickly evolving into a human capital solutions company. As savvy entrepreneurs do, we’ve recognized the need to pivot the business model to meet the true needs of the market vs. what we thought it was. We’ve pivoted from a product based to a solutions-based organization and in the process, we’ve built a great team of individuals who have all been in the shoes of our clients as they struggle to overcome obstacles; a team who cares more about providing high value solutions than about making money for themselves.
