Alli Shears

Alli earned a BS in Industrial Design and a Minor and Business Certificate in French from the University of Cincinnati. She started at Key Tech as a two-time intern before returning full-time after graduation. Hailing from the land of beer, cheese, and the Bucks – Milwaukee, Wisconsin – she has had the opportunity to live and work in multiple cities and industries throughout the US. She loves using her skills to design meaningful, life-changing products for those in need.
