Stephen Human Resources

Stephen has extensive experience in human resources. Stephen served as the Human Resources Director at the Key Training Center, where they oversaw HR, training, development, safety, and risk management. Prior to that, they owned their own business, Arena Leadership Consultations. Stephen also worked as the Human Resources & Certified Professional Training Manager at the Southwest Florida Water Management District, where they managed change and implemented training programs for 600 employees. Stephen's previous role was as the Human Resources Director at AlphaStaff, where they handled process, compliance, and change for over 300 employees and developed HR strategies and policies.

Stephen Human Resources has a Certificate of Graduation in Commercial Photography from C.M.A./Germain Institute. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kingsborough Community College.
