Edvania (Vania) Tarkiainen has been working in the professional world since 2002. Her first job was as the Business Owner of Restaurante e Churrascaria Sabor do Brasil in Chile, where they designed the concept for North Chile consumers. In 2007, they opened Sushi Lounge Restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal, and in 2010 they opened their own office in Oliveira & Souza, Advocacy and Consultancy as a Senior Associate Lawyer. In 2014, they became the Business Owner of Belleza by Vania Tark and in 2016 they created the brand TARKIA. In 2018, they became the Chief Compliance Officer of Key2enable Assistive Technology and in 2021 they became the Chief Executive Officer of Thera Compliance and a Member of the Scientific Committee of ANPPD.

Edvania (Vania) Tarkiainen has a comprehensive education history. From 2004 to 2009, they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina in Direito. From 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) at Uniderp in Direito Tributario. From 2011 to 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Universidade Candido Mendes in Tax Planning. From 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Master's degree at IMF Smart Education in Compliance. Edvania (Vania) is currently enrolled in a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA at Ibmec in Master em Digital Manager & Metaverso.
