Amanda Groth

Amanda Groth is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at KeyBank since March 2021, Amanda previously held a similar role at Amazon from July 2018 to March 2021, where leadership of a team of eight HR generalists supported over 5,000 associates. Amanda's career also includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Lincoln Tyler Management and various roles at Life Time Fitness, where Amanda demonstrated expertise in performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Amanda earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010.
