Barb Day

Barb Day is currently an Experience Leader at KeyBank, a position held in 2024. Previously, Barb served as a Branch Manager and held a sales manager role at Macy's from 1988 to 2004, where they coached teams to drive sales and won Manager of the Year. From 2004 to 2014, Barb worked as a store manager at Bath & Body Works, successfully leading teams and maintaining exceptional performance metrics. Barb earned an Associate's degree in Business Management from Sinclair Community College and has a diploma with a major in business and minor in music from Wayne High School.
