Brian Horton

Brian Horton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate capital and commercial banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President in the Income Property Group at KeyBank Real Estate Capital since December 2022, Brian has previously held prominent roles, including Senior Vice President for Investor Real Estate at Wells Fargo and Senior Vice President & Market Manager for Commercial Real Estate at BBVA. Brian's career began at Comerica Bank, where a series of positions culminated in the role of Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Special Assets Group. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San José State University.
