Caryn Blauser MAI

Caryn Blauser MAI, SRA, AI-RRS is currently the Residential Appraisal Manager at KeyBank, where they oversee appraisal operations. Caryn has held significant roles in the banking industry, including Vice President of Residential Appraisal Manager and Senior Commercial Reviewer at KeyBank from 2016 to 2017. They also led residential teams at 5/3 Bank from 2009 to 2012 and served as a reviewer at Wachovia Bank from 2007 to 2008. Previously, Caryn was the President of both Cornerstone Appraisal, Inc. and The Valuation Group from 2008 to 2009. They earned a BS in Business from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 1980 and 1985.
