Celia Smoot

Celia Smoot is an experienced affordable housing professional currently serving as a Senior Vice President at KeyBank. They have a demonstrated history of working in the finance and policy sector, with extensive expertise in Affordable Housing Finance, FHA and GSE products, HUD programs, Fund Administration, and Low-Income Housing and Historic Tax Credits.
