Dawn Smith

Dawn Smith has extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors, beginning a career at KeyBank in 2001 as a contracted project manager and progressing to multiple roles, including Technology Analyst, Commercial Payments Application Support Manager, and Technology Support Team Manager. Throughout the years at KeyBank, Dawn has managed various applications, including those related to Wire and Remote Deposit Capture, while also becoming a Certified Scrum Master. Prior to KeyBank, Dawn served as a Senior Business Analyst at Key Bank National Association and as a Programming Manager at Alltel Information Services. Additionally, Dawn held significant positions at Vermont National Bank, including Vice President of the Business Systems Group, overseeing deposit and branch applications. Education was pursued at Pioneer Valley Regional and BUHS.
