Devina Rankin

Devina Rankin is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Waste Management since 2020. They hold a position as a Visiting Lecturer at Texas A&M University and have been engaged as a Board Member for NMDP since 2025, along with serving as an Independent Board Member at KeyBank since 2020. Previously, Devina held various roles at Waste Management, including SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting and Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. They began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen and obtained a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1999.
