Hilary Coman has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, operational risk management, enterprise risk management, and process improvement. Coman has held leadership roles at notable organizations such as Wells Fargo, where they designed enterprise risk reporting processes and oversaw governance and compliance initiatives, and Silicon Valley Bank, where they expanded key operational risk functions. As the owner of The Coman Company, they grew a strategy consulting firm serving national and international clients. Coman is currently a Senior Director at KeyBank, responsible for overseeing critical processes within operational risk management while pursuing degrees at Davidson College, Georgetown University, and UNC-Chapel Hill.
