James Spearman

James Spearman has over 20 years of experience in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as a Technology Analyst at Key Bank since August 2005. In this role, James fulfills quality management functions within Key’s Change Management Office, overseeing change record approvals and facilitating communication regarding change activities. Additionally, James manages the Change Advisory Board's weekly meetings and is responsible for the Supplier Management Scorecard process, aiming to enhance strategic supplier management. Prior to Key Bank, James was a Training Manager at Charter One Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing the training curriculum and managing training teams for the Ohio branch. James holds education credentials from Kent State University, FAA Air Traffic Control, and Cuyahoga Community College.
