Jeff Walker

Jeff Walker, PHR, serves as a Senior Talent Partner at KeyBank since 2022 and has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting as an Executive Consultant since 2016. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent at Splash Financial, where Jeff developed employee culture and infrastructure, and Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Mezu, Inc. Notably, Jeff has held various leadership positions at Oracle and its subsidiary TOA Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing HR during mergers and acquisitions and enhancing global talent acquisition processes. A graduate of John Carroll University with a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Jeff has a proven track record in designing effective recruitment strategies and improving organizational policies.
