Jordan Olack is an accomplished finance and technology professional with extensive experience in analytics, product innovation, and digital banking. Since joining KeyBank in January 2011, Jordan has held several leadership positions, including Head of Analytics, Product, & CCaaS Technology, Head of Commercial Digital, SVP, Director of Product & Innovation, and SVP of Digital Banking. Prior to KeyBank, Jordan worked at PNC Financial Services as VP, Technology Group Manager, and at J.P. Morgan as a Senior Business Analyst in Capital Markets. The career began at Lincoln Capital Management Company as a Quantitative Analyst and Equity Trader. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Miami University.
