Josh Lee is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience (UX) and product design. Josh served as the Head of Experience Design & Research at RITE AID from November 2022 to November 2023, and is currently a Design Mentor at adplist.org. Previous roles include key positions at Nordstromrack.com, where Josh led UX design for customer journeys, and as VP of Product at FASHIONPHILE, where the oversight of multiple teams was conducted to enhance the entire customer experience. In addition to consulting for various companies and co-founding ventures like Stylicore and Opomnia, Josh holds an adjunct professorship at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
