Joshua Armbruster

Joshua Armbruster serves as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead and has held various leadership roles within KeyBank since January 2016, including VP of ATM & Cash Vault Operations and Contact Center Support. Previously, Joshua worked at KeyCorp from April 2010 to January 2016 as an ATM Operations Supervisor, managing ATM monitoring, training, and vendor relationships. Joshua began the banking career at KeyBank in September 2006 as a Branch Teller, responsible for processing transactions and managing the cash vault. Joshua's education includes coursework at Sinclair Community College and participation in programs at Udemy and YESI EDUCATION.
