Krista Ryan is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in business banking strategy and sales enablement, holding multiple VP roles at KeyBank since May 2011. Responsibilities have included creating and managing the Small Business team playbook, collaborating with marketing to deploy small business initiatives, and partnering with regional leaders to boost small business production across the Northeast. Prior to KeyBank, Krista served as a Branch Manager at Citizens, where achievements included recognition as the top-performing branch in Western New York in 2009. Krista's leadership has consistently driven exceptional results in small business lending and client experience across diverse banking environments. Krista obtained a degree from Buffalo State University.
