Kristin Boyle is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations Transformation at KeyBank since April 2017, overseeing a team of Mortgage Operations professionals to enhance business processes. Previously, Kristin held multiple leadership roles within KeyBank, including Director of Business Optimization for Key Home Lending, focusing on workflow and digital transformation, and Consumer and Digital Execution Strategy Lead within the Enterprise Program Management Office. Kristin's background also includes significant roles at Emerald Resource Group and Philips, where expertise in project and program management was cultivated through complex healthcare projects and technical training initiatives. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Akron and a Masters Certification in Project Management from Villanova University.
