Kristin Freeman

Kristin Freeman has extensive experience in finance and asset management, currently serving as an Asset Manager II at KeyBank since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from April 2000 to July 2005, where responsibilities included originating and closing approximately $400 million annually in commercial mortgages and analyzing cash flows and due diligence. Kristin's career began as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2000, providing analytic support for the securitization of $200 million in commercial real estate mortgages. Earlier experience includes working as an Actuarial Analyst at Lewis & Ellis from September 1996 to June 1998, focusing on healthcare evaluations. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Auburn University.
