Liz Herron

Liz Herron serves as the Head of Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation at KeyBank, having previously held the position of Manager of Executive Compensation & Retirement. Prior to KeyBank, Liz was an Associate General Counsel at Akron Children's Hospital and worked as an Associate at JONES DAY®. Early legal experience includes an externship at the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia. Liz also participated as a Graduate Research Fellow at the College of William and Mary. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School obtained between 2011 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio University, completed in 2011.
