Marissa B. currently serves as Sustainability Director at KeyBank since April 2024. Previously, Marissa held the position of Director of Corporate Sustainability at Cleveland-Cliffs from June 2021 to April 2024, and before that, worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management as a Senior Consultant and Consultant II from March 2018 to June 2021, focusing on sustainability strategy and disclosure. Marissa started the career at BrownFlynn, an ERM Group company, as an Associate Consultant from September 2008 to March 2018, managing client accounts for community engagement and sustainability projects. Additionally, Marissa contributed as a Board Member and Board Chair for Adoption Network Cleveland from November 2011 to November 2020 and served as a Lecturer in the Leadership Development Minor program at John Carroll University from January 2013 to May 2016. Marissa earned an M.A. in Communications Management and a B.A. in Communications & Theater Arts from John Carroll University.
