Mark Ballard

Mark Ballard is a seasoned professional in operational and information security, currently serving as a Senior Operational Risk Officer at KeyBank since June 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Senior Risk Officer at Zions Bancorporation from November 2021 to June 2023, and spent over two decades at Wells Fargo in various capacities, including VP of Information Security and AVP roles. Responsibilities throughout Mark's career have included the development and implementation of information security risk programs, compliance with internal policies and government regulations, and management of operational controls to ensure security and efficiency in banking operations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from National American University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
