Mark Davis

Mark Davis is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Chief Tax Officer and Sr. Director of Tax Planning at KeyBank since June 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Tax Counsel at Truist from December 2019 to June 2021 and served as Tax Counsel and Regulation W Officer at SunTrust from September 2013 to December 2019. Mark began a legal career as an Associate in Tax Litigation and Controversy at White & Case LLP from January 2009 to August 2013 and previously worked as an Associate in the Taxation Practice Group at King & Spalding from September 2006 to November 2008. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard Law School, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, completed in 2003.
