Mary Kapferer

Mary Kapferer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and auditing. Since 2006, Mary has been with KeyBank, serving in various senior roles, including EVP Chief Enterprise and Operational Risk Officer, Chief Enterprise Risk Officer, and Interim Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to KeyBank, Mary held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at National Interstate Insurance Company and served in multiple senior auditing and accounting roles at Charter One Bank and American Greetings. Mary began their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche after graduating from John Carroll University in 1988.
