Matt Raplinger

Matt Raplinger is a seasoned professional in asset management and real estate with extensive experience in the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at KeyBank since 2015, Matt is responsible for overseeing a multi-investor portfolio of low-income housing tax credit funds. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Novogradac & Company LLP, where responsibilities included preparing market studies for various housing finance programs.
