Matthew Haas is a seasoned professional in community development lending and investing, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Banker at KeyBank since January 2021, specializing in affordable housing financing across several states. Prior to KeyBank, Matthew held various leadership positions, including Principal at Infinite Urban Solutions, Director of Investor Relations at Berkadia, and Vice President at Riverside Capital, where contributions included managing investor relations and enhancing affordable housing visibility.
