Max Shultz

Max Shultz, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile transformation and technology management. Currently serving as the SVP, Head of Agile Transformation Office & Technology PMO at KeyBank since November 2012, Max oversees the organization-wide adoption of agile methodologies for over 180 software engineering teams. Prior roles at KeyBank include SVP, Business Technology Executive, managing enterprise servicing and AI-driven technologies, and VP, Business Technology Senior Manager, focusing on unified servicing capabilities. Earlier experiences include Director of Technology at Worthington Metal Fabricators, where Max managed a $1.6M department, and IT Manager roles, along with consulting and help desk positions. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Baldwin Wallace University.
