Megan Kahn

Megan Kahn is a Change Management and Execution Leader at KeyBank, where they focus on strategic initiatives and product ownership. Previously, they served in various roles including Air Force Officer for both the Air National Guard and US Air Force Reserve. Megan was also an Assistant Professor of English at the United States Air Force Academy, where they developed courses and managed student graduation requirements. They earned a graduate degree in English from Rutgers University, receiving honors for their thesis on women in combat.
