Michael Leonardo

Michael Leonardo is an experienced Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Design, Construction, and Facilities Management at KeyBank, where they have honed their skills in analytics, operations management, and project management. Prior to their role at KeyBank, Michael served as a Project Manager at Rapid Response Monitoring and as Manager of Facilities and Administration at O'Brien & Gere, building a solid foundation in the banking industry. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College and are currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Onondaga Community College.
