Randy Paine

Randy Paine has extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, having held prominent leadership roles at KeyBank from January 2001 to January 2015. Paine served as President of Key Institutional Bank, overseeing various business units including KeyBanc Capital Markets, and was Co-Head of Key Corporate Bank, managing approximately 2,100 professionals. Additional positions included President of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and Executive Vice President of KeyBank N.A., leading an integrated banking team of 780 professionals across multiple sectors. Earlier in the career, Paine was a Managing Director, directing teams focused on the Industrial, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewables sectors. Randy Paine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, earned between January 1987 and January 1991.
