Robert Burns is currently the Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President at KeyBank National Association, where they serve as the co-manager of the Workout Section within the KeyBank Law Group. They have extensive experience in troubled debt restructuring, commercial bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation. Prior to their role at KeyBank, Robert worked as a litigation associate at Hershey & Browne, where they handled general civil and commercial law cases, participating in multiple first-chair jury trials. Additionally, since 2009, they have served as the Treasurer for the USA Karate Federation, supporting its competitive and business activities. Robert holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College (IN).
