Shana Daby

Shana Daby is a Senior Vice President at PNC Bank, specializing in affordable housing finance. With over 17 years of experience, Shana previously served as Managing Director of Originations at Greystone & Co., where they managed a loan originations pipeline exceeding $500 million. Prior to that, Shana held various senior roles at Barings and Walker & Dunlop, focusing on multifamily housing and HUD loan programs. They earned a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas.
