Sharon Callahan

Sharon Callahan has extensive experience in the finance and closing sectors, with a particular focus on Fannie Mae loan types. Sharon served as Closing Officer at Pillar Multifamily, LLC from March 2011 to March 2015, overseeing all aspects of closings for various loan products. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Legal Assistant at Centennial Development Company, where responsibilities included facilitating loan processes and reviewing agreements for commercial tenants. Additionally, Sharon held the position of Senior Closing Administrator at Walker and Dunlop/Green Park Financial, ensuring timely loan closings to Fannie Mae and life companies.
