Sherman Allen

Sherman Allen has extensive experience in facilities management and service management, beginning with a role as Chief Engineer at Holiday Inn in Brooklyn Park, MN from 1988 to 1990. Sherman served as Service Manager at Johnson Controls from February 1995 to May 2007, overseeing the Building Efficiency division in the Boise Branch. From 2006 to January 2012, Sherman was the Property Manager for Key Bank, responsible for managing physical properties in the Idaho District. Since January 2012, Sherman has held the position of Facilities Project Manager at KeyBank, managing multi-vendor updates for facility refresh projects, and later became Facilities Manager, expanding responsibilities to include facilities management for both Utah and Idaho. Sherman holds a Bachelor's degree from Tennessee Temple University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
